Tink and jigfisherx visit the Osage
Jeremy had never really fished Truman on the summer dipping pattern so we met at Tally Bend and headed for the flats. Caught a nice keeper on the first drop so expectations were high. I was using a silver and chartreuse carrot and still had an occasional hit. Jeremy had a smaller bait and was feeling no love. Changed him over to a 2" purple and chartreuse tube and he proceeded to make me change colors. Ended up with about 12 nice fish before the wind just beat us up. Nice first trip.

Deepest was in 11ft shallowest was in 6ft. Best bite was in clumps of hardwoods but not really tight to wood.
