Thread: Long time lurker and new member

Just a quick note to say hello and introduce myself. I live in the St. Louis metro area but do all of my crappie fishing at LOZ. I used to crappie fish when I was a kid but hadn't done it in years. Then a buddy invited me along on a crappie trip this past spring and I AM HOOKED big-time.

I've been viewing this site for months and it certainly seems to have a lot of helpful and genuinely nice people. Looking forward to getting to know all of you....

I'd love to join you at camp but it won't work schedule-wise. I have a long-planned trip down to LOZ the following weekend to crappie fish with a couple of buddies. That trip is using up all of my "brownie points" at home.

Thanks Bugs. I drive through your fine town occasionally when I'm heading down to the lake. I've also watched your posts with interest since our place is on the Glaize arm (closer to the bridge) and I know that you typically fish in the Glaize. Good luck this weekend and have fun.

welcome,glad to have you aboard,sorry that you cannot make it down this weekend ,i think the crappies are going to have to ware hard hats because of all the lead that is going to rain down on their heads,maybe bug's and the crew will save you some....fuzzy

Give me a yell and i'll show you some good places on the glaize,i'm pretty easy to talk into goin fishin.Where's your place at?ole crappieknocker has a place in your vicinity maybe we all can get together and gang up on em.
