Thread: CDC One Pole Tournament

Here you go:
When: July 31st, 2010
Where:Truman Lake - Bucksaw
Entry Fee: $25 and $5 For Big Fish

Rules:
1) One Pole per person
2) No live bait
3) No whining or crying
4) Trailering is allowed. Fish anywhere on Truman Lake (this means if you have a 9.9 you can still fish)
5) Two people per boat
6) One person must be a CDC member
7) Take off after you pay the day of the tourn. I will be collecting money at Bucksaw between 6:00 - 7:00. No blast off, this is for fun.
8) Weigh-in at 2:00 at Bucksaw, need to be in line by 2:00 PM.
9) Weigh-in 7 crappie over 9". You can have your limit, but only weigh in your 7 biggest.
10) If you finish 1, 2 or 3 you must tell everyone how you caught them, so others can learn from your success
11) Have fun and learn.
12) Whatever else you guys want to add?

If you can't make this date, we will have another one in August. If you bring a kid, I will make sure they leave with pretty of Booby Garland Baits.

PS: MO QWACK, We will not have red tickets or free food....lol. Just 100% Plus pay back.....and a good time

Maybe we can drum up a few other things for give aways. Shockley always gave away hats for the first team out of the money. They called me "one out of the money" for a while but I still have some Slab Slayer hats. So I will buy a hat, patch, key chain and a crappie counter from Monty to give away to the "one out of the money" team for this first tournament. Maybe we can get something like this or a rod donated for future tournaments to give to the "one out of the money" team.

I won't be able to make the July tourney, but definitely will try for the August date, whenever it is decided. One last dip of the jig before my mind switches to the doves and waterfowl.

Looks like we are headed in the right direction. I have a brand new 10' Outlaw Crappie Pole still in the plastic, that I will give away as well, maybe 2nd big fish.

Can somebody loan me a pole for this? I sure would like to fish it.
