6# trilene xl
Vanish 4# flurocarbon for tight line jigging, Mr.Crappie 4# Hi-Vis for shooting docks
I ditto that as well. That 4# or lighter theory may have it's place in other areas but isn't necessary in the waters in these parts.
I have also been using the yellow 6# Vicious line lately and like it pretty well. Seems to be a little easier to see by these old tired eyes.

6 # Trilene for me.
I use Power Pro high vis braid (4 pound diameter) on my long poles I use for vertical jigging. On my shorter rods I use with slip bobbers or casting, I use 8 pound test high vis Mr. Crappie mono.
i am with oss and bwillaub for 90 percent of my fisning for casting i use 6 lb golden stern thats my nickels worth
Just wondering about the braid I was told one time its hard on the eyes and tip of the rod has anyone found this to be true.
May all your live wells be full.Dave
