    Default 4 hrs on Stockton

12 hr work days this week so I decide that 3 hrs sleep was enough and headed to stockton to get about 4hrs of fishing in Thursday morning and a good decision it was! 11 keepers and 1 pretty nice fish. 22'-28' right off the bottom. Only fished 2 brush piles. Wind was getting up pretty good the last 2 hrs before I left.

That is a super fish. Was it blind in that eye or is it just the picture. I caught a nice one Wed. that was blind in one eye. Dr. Jim had just missed a fish and them I hooked the blind one. I told him no wonder he missed the jig he was blind.

Great Job, Gator!! Glad you a chance to get out there. Looks like you found some good-uns. What was the bait of choice?

No I had to put her on ice when I got home because the wife had the camera with her The ice probably shrunk her too:D

The bait for her and most of the keepers was black/chart tube (with a Buzzy jig of course) dropped to the bottom. Then I would lift and drop till the line went slack and set the hook.
