Eight Years Ago Today
One of my better crappie fishing days at Smithville Lake ever and forever marred by the events of that day.
Three of us was up there at daylight above the W bridge fishing those tree rows in the Trimble area with minnows and weldrods. We had our 45 crappie in the boat by 8:30 am on that beautiful cloudless blue bird day.
Well today a couple of us will be on Hillsdale and looking for a uneventful fun day on the water. Hope the same for everyone else.
