Thread: Labor Day Weekend at Bucksaw

Mrs JJ left early Friday morning (4 a.m.) for Bucksaw. Her intention was to get a walk-up camping site....but they were all full. We had reserved a site for Sat and Sun night and guess it was just as well that we didn't get one for Fri night as it rained all night.

She wanted to fish on Friday, so she went out with Richard Bowling for 1/2 day....here is a picture of one of the 10 or so BIG crappie they threw back. Then on Sunday - she kicked my butt again (2nd picture) - another biggie she threw back. We caught more quality fish this weekend than we have in a long time - up the river from Bucksaw. Oss special was the bait of choice.
