Thread: Grand day on the grand 9-7

Husband and wife team fished today. Saw jj's pass us. We Started by the u bridge ended up next to otter, caught 18 real nice fish and threw back 5 that would go 1.4 Fished next to Kevin Rodgers and his girl friend up by otter.
The bite started to get real good around 3:00 Caught most fish in 8 fow. look for the shad.

I used Fog jigs early and left early. Traffic was bad even at 2pm...... should have stayed home and mowed, but then what would I have to do today.....

Are you sure it was his girlfreind or his dad dressed in drag getting ready for the coed tourn.

Sounds like a good day. I think you all picked the best part of the day to fish. We lost 3 hrs of fish time due to the fog. We fished around the marina but with little luck.

In four hours, you and Mr. JJ catch what it takes us two weekends of fishing all day to catch. We always manage to scratch out a few but rarely EVER have a banner day. When I have time, I am going to feel REALLY sorry for you guys.

I think the jj's should take crappie novice out and catch a limmit for you.

They should take me out and teach me HOW to catch a limit!!!! :D
