Default A little stockton goes a long way

Called BUZZMANMO said lets go he says OK so we meet up,and head to stockton, fished turnback/big sac

all the keepers were in deep water, shallow water, and medium water,
all the keepers were caught on black/silver, black/chartruse, blue/silver
all the keepers were on trees,or rocks

now here lies the problem, we didnt use any of the above so no keepers oh well betters days acommin, and I will wait, cause I dont care.

Good job Beagle. Like Tall Timber says, " If we eliminate all the unproductive water, we will eventually know where to fish." We have done alot of eliminating this year!!! Pretty soon there won't be much of the lake left to eliminate.:D

Hey Beagle, come on up to the main lake. We are catching alot of short fish, but the keepers are there to. We have been fishing the marked corp beds first then going to the secret beds last. I mostly slip bobber because my wife likes that kind of fishing. Most of our fish have come off of the beds 20 to25ft, we adjust our corks shallow 10 to12ft at first and go deeper if the bite slows, then move on.

Sounds like you and Buzzy had fun even if you weren't catching keepers.

Man, that's just a tough day fellas. I just don't know what to think about Stockton this year.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'
