    Default Truman Today 7/10

What A Difference A Day Makes, Old Ron And I Went With Ed Today, Nice Not To Have To Do It All For Once........ Got Down At Tally Around 6:30 Am And Had To Wait Out A Passing Storm Didn't Get On The Water Until 8 Am.... Hit Everything We Hit Yesterday And It Was Slow North Wind And Cooler Sure Cooled Things Down, We Had 7 Or 8 We Could Have Kept, And Loaded About 10.30 Am And Went Over On The Grand, A Little Better But Not Much, Did Manage A Couple Of Pound Or Close To It With Another 7 Or 8 Nice Keepers..... We Fished Everything Even In The Crappie Barge At Bucksaw Ramp..... Sure Was A Lot Of Fun Fishing With Ed At Least He Didn't Jump In The Lake Like He Has Done To Some People...... Wish It Would Have Been Better Fishing But With The Wind And Cool, We Will Take What We Got..... It Is My Nap Time....... Later...........

That is a heck of a trio. I am sure it was a good time. With the size of the front deck on his Nitro did you make Ron fish in the back of the boat? I think four guys can dip trees from the front of that boat.

Default We Made Ron Sit On Top Of The Motor

I Wanted As Far For Him As I Could Get For A Change......... Ed Did All The Work, I Fished And I Ain't Real Sure What The Guy In The Back Done, Dam Little I Think..... Oh He Did Hang Up Quite A Bit.... Still Ain't Figured Out Why I Put Up With Him........... I Tell U We Didn't Have Catch Any For The Good Time We Had, But Since We Didn't Slaughter Them Now Ed Owes Us Two Trips...........

BP yesterday 29.75". Today 30.03". According to Jim Duckworth anything above 30.01" is not good. Still caught some so what does he know. Good job guy's.
If I ain't fishing, I am thinking about fishing

Ed is like me always ready to go fishing. So getting the second trip out of him will not be much of a problem. Hell the first time I met him was at Tally ramp when we met up to fish together. Have had the pleasure of fishing with him many times since. Just look out in warm conditions if he ask you to run the trolling motor because the next thing you know you may be screaming man over board. Nothing like good times with good friends made on this site.

Still sounds like a good day to me. At least the weather was cool.

Besides that it makes you fella's seem a little more like the rest of us, you know, with not catching your limits of over 12" fish in an hour and half. :D
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'

You Can Still Have A Good Day Of Fishing Even If You Don't Catch Fish If You Have Good Friends And Good Company During The Trip! Catching Fish Is Just A Bonus With Good Friends Along For The Trip! And Just Holding A Fish Like Ron Is Holding Is A Great Day Anytime!

Hit the upper Tebo couple hours this afternoon. Got to blame it on BP, falling lake level, friday, july, obama,,,sumpin, couldn't have been my lack of skill :D. If 6" specks was gold would be a rich man this evening.
