    Default Upper Osage 7/9 Not Bad

    PUT IN AT TALLY RAMP AT 6 AM FISHED FROM TALLY BRIDGE TO Z HWY BRIDGE.. I WOULD SAY WE CAUGHT CRAPPIE EVERYWHERE WE HIT SOME SMALL SOME NICE..... WE HAD OVER 30 KEEPERS MAYBE EVEN 40 AND 5 OR 6 TOURN,. FISH..... POUND 8 WAS THE BIGGEST BUT HAD TWO OF THEM AND SOME 1.2 1.3.1.4 ETC.... 15'FOW TO 20' FOW HARDWOODS, THEN HEDGE 14'FOW TO 8'FOW..... CAUGHT A LOT OF THE BIG FISH ONLY DOWN ABOUT 2' NOTHING ANY DEEPER THAN 9'.... FISHED A LOT OF FLATS....... I USED BLUE/WHITE AND RON USED PURPLE/CHARTUSE, BOTH WORKED WELL... GOING TO QUIT AT 10:45 AM AND TALLY RAMP IS A SMALL RAMP, DAMN THE LUCK 2 PONTOONS WANTING TO UNLOAD,,,,, NEED I SAY ANYMORE........ ABOUT DRANK ALL MY COFFEE WAITING ON THE ROOKIES...... TEACHING OLD RON HOLD TO HOLD THEM CRAPPIE A LITTLE BETTER FOR PIC......HECK OF A GOOD DAY, LIGHT WIND...... NOT REAL HOT....

    Glad to hear the bite is still on. I hope to get out Saturday morning. Getting a few "honeydo's" done while wife is away for a week. I like surprising her that way when she returns from a work trip. The rewards are nizeeeeeeeeeeee!

    Monty, I get sooo tired of saying "nice fish". You guys are the crappie kings of Missouri, hands down. Going to Sparrowfoot Sat. am any pointers for this rookie? Thank you, jackb

    that is why we went to the osage.... has slowed way down at sparrowfoot, come by the road there coming home today and they are sealing the highway today, but will be okay by weekend........ will pm u later......

    Very nice fish gents. I was thinking about the osage this weekend. with the tour sun out of bucksaw it maight be less pre over on the osage or even the pomme. What do you think OSS?

    Glad to see Ron holding the fish like he's not affraid of them:D

    all weekend, any where from berry bend to tally bend........... flats, 20 fow to 10 fow.............. hang on..........

    Monty, thanks for the report, I been waiting on it. I plan on going this evening, but to Windsor Crossing for just awhile,,,,,and it's good to see yer mug without the sunglasses in that one picture.
