Thread: battery not on level surface does it matter

Is it okay to set battery in front of boat which won't be level when sitting or traveling. need the weight in the front of the boat for plane-ing?????

I have both of my trolling batteries in the front of mine for the same reason. Never had a problem with it.

sealed batteries are all the rage nowadays-should be fine

thinking about doing the same thing on my boat.

This size 31 Maxx from Wallmart is a heavy dude.....

Make a wooden 'wedge" to set it on.
