Default Crappie Novice - Warning to others

This is just a warning.....if you see this couple fishing around Bucksaw area - beware - if you are fishing behind them there is nothing left to catch. You are wasting your time. You have been warned

Seriously, we fished the same flat Sunday as Crappie Novice and Mr Crappie Novice and asked if we minded we take a photo to post so you will know them on the lake if you see them. They have a dark green Tracker with duel seats on the front. They are a great pair of crappie fishermen and woman.

Guys Gals, this post by Team JJ is proof that they have lost their minds entirely. Team Crappie Novice are just that, Novices!!!! We can spend a day on the water and leave the Crappie unharmed!!!

Now if hubby were catfishing, he'd put the hurt on them. But this is an entirely new ballgame to us!!! And we love it, we just aren't very good at it. We are catching some nice fish but not NEARLY as many as Team JJ. Way to go JJ's!!!!! And we are using slipbobbers, not jigging. I know, I know, REAL crappie fisherman do not use corks/bobbers. 'Nuff said!

Sounds like a fish-off between the JJ's and the Novices. Also sounds like maybe a name change is in order??

Newbie here, never posted before... I have been watching and learning many things from you all but but I am usually left wondering why I don't seem to catch many keepers when others are bringing in thier limits. Well I was fishing not far from Bucksaw Sunday evening and Monday morning when I noticed a nice green boat with twin vertically mounted long poles with bobbers approaching, we exchanged waves as they passed and I remember thinking what a nice couple and great looking boat, I bet those folks know what they are doing. I was thinking this as I brought in my millionth dink, obvioulsy there were no keepers left and apparently I now know why...lol Thanks again to all for the info, this is a great site, I'm going to keep reading, learning and trying but if I had seen this warning on Saturday many crappie wouldn't have sore lips this week and several dozen minnows would have lived to see another day..

Mr. Crappie Novice wants to make sure that all know that he has nothing to do with what is being exchanged on here AFTER Mr. JJ told him what I'd been typing. Gee thanks, Mr. JJ

Thanks for the kind words from MarknKC. Little do you know that the JJ's feel sorry for us as they limit out daily on the same areas that we scratch only a few. That's why they said what they said.

AND NO PHOTOS FOR YOU, POLEBENDER! SO, now, I need a photo of Pole Bender. Surely one of you has his photo since ours has been plastered for the entire world to see. ???? Anyone????

Mark LO the only name change needs to be Crappie Novice to Mrs. Crappie Novice and Just Jiggin to Just Jiggin Pro Team!

I'll try to get a pic of the boat. It's just a plain Tracker that hubby had someone "finish" for him. If he'll let me post it.

All you have to do is check the Stockton Saturday post and the guy in the picture holding the black and white crappie is me! So now you know who to look out for cause if I every see you on the lake I will be headed your direction!!!! JJ was nice enough to give me the exact location you have been fishing plus a detailed discription of your boat, So keep an eye out.
