    Default Ive never seen.....

a May Fly hatch on grenada until yesterday. I was pullin cranks and noticing all the fish on the graf real close to the surface. Then got to noticing all the May Flies. Man they were everywhere...On my rods on the boat all over the water...EVERYWHERE! I rolled up and relocated 3 different times and they were at every place I went.......Ant the fish were having a field day with em too! It looked like they would come up and ease theit mouth across the top, pick up a few flies and go back down. Wild I tell ya......I needed a daggum fly rod NOT crankbaits.!

Saw that happen at butla a few years ago and the crappie were swimming around the water surface scooping them up, took the weight off and adjusted my pole holder so the jigs were skimming the surface ,they hit like crazy. Had a limit real quick.

This is the reason I keep a couple bream bugs in my jig box.
