    Default Fresh Water Drum?

I hear freshwater drum called gasper goo--gasper ghoul, or something to that effect. Which is right, and where does it come from? Thanks.

I've always called them gaspergoo. Bubba the Cat loves them fileted. This species seems to have many different names.

Just depends on where you are I think, kinda like crappie, white perch, or sac-a lait.

I've always heard Gaspergou and been told it's the down-Louisianna-way name
    for 'em.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.
