This was dinner at the house yesterday, or at least the the main part. There was another table full of stuff brought over by people who don't fish, lol.

Those crawdads might be a little gamey by then, lol. As far as the fish it pretty much got annihilated! Gives me an excuse to go catch some more

Shell the tail meat, then freeze. Thaw and make crawfish etoufee'...mmmGood!

Yep, I plan on shelling the leftovers out and making some alfredo pasta, heart attack on a plate.

I'll have to let the boss decide about that, she prolly has some other plans for them, ha ha.

Man o man, that's some good stuff. We may have to move our boil up a month. We had one planned for around July 4th. We may have to have more than one this summer. Love those taters and corn too.
