Thread: Cranks at sardis

Navy and I fished Sunday and Monday at Sardis. We kept 11 on Sunday and 9on Monday. We probably caught 80-100 crappie between the 2 days. Had many just under 12 inches today. The surface temp hit 80 on Sunday and was in the high 70's today.

Crappie123, it was good to see you again. Perhaps we can hook up and fish sometime.

Good to see you again too Dave... We ended up catching 9 keepers Sat. and 8 on Sunday... Fishing in 25-30 fow catching them anywhere from 15-25ft deep. Very scattered but it sure was a nice weekend to fish... My dad got checked by the man yesterday and he told him that effective June 1, 2008 EVERYONE in the boat MUSt be wearing a PFD on the Corp lakes!!! Anyone else heard this???

Dave I was pullin cranks all morning Sunday in clear creek (literally) and didn't see you. I started at the mouth of the creek and pulled around the buzzrds nest and back to the mouth. Were you in the main lake? The water nats and bassers ran me out by around 1:00. The bikinis were looking good at Beach Point though.
