Thread: Ripley First Monday

Hey guys do any of you ever vist Ripley on first Monday?Just wondering if there are or anyone there that sells Fishing Tackle there?

there is one guy but he does not have a lot the only rods he has is shooting star but they are cheap if you just want a jig pole

I bought 2 ugly stick trolling rods for $20 ,2 years ago. They were new. That was the only fishing stuff I saw.

Thanks guys for the reply.We are going to be there this go round we will have lots of crappie tackle and new rods and reels from 5 ft ultra lites to 15 ft surf rods.

Can I borrow a clue? What is it, when is it and where is it? Ok, I need 3 clues.

I've heard of it and even talked about going there with the wife. I figured we'd all enjoy rummaging, but I'm not sure exactly where it is and exactly what to expect there and exactly when I should be there......exactly.

wannabe it is located on Hwy 15 south of ripley.It is around 50 or so acres and has approx. 1100 spaces for vendors to sell at.The dates for it this go round is May 30th thru June 1st.It has been awhile since I have been there but I think they charge 3.00 for parking and you can find all types of stuff there.

You can buy anything there from an almost-dead billy goat..........to an almost-real fake diamond

First Monday AKA "Dog day" :D

Hope you will bring some of your hand tied jigs and maybe some of your powder coated undressed jigs. I fish with mostly 1/16th but do use larger ones on windy days. Those bucktail jigs also look real good. I might try a few of those to troll with. Orange, pink, chart. heads are good for me. I will be sure to look you up!
