Thread: Will carp get into Butla?

If the water gets over the emergency spillway, will the silver carp get into butla? I know people who have caught them in the coldwater below the spillway. This would be a shame! Where are we as far as getting rid of this nuisance?

all you gotta do is tell folks they are GREAT on the grill or fried or they have a COMMERCIAL season and you can get paid to fish and problem solved. If there's one race that knows how to wipe out another it's the human race.
