Thread: Change my luck

I need to something after meeting Navy. I loaned my truck to brother to move his 5th wheel trailer back to the lake yesterday. He called me after going over to Beulah and said Dad had jack knifed the trailer into my back glass. My luck has been bad for the last 4 weeks.

I think we're getting a little desperate with this curse business!

Just to let everyone know, I'm headed to Lakeview tomorow, you may want to stay clear (and leave the lake to me)!:D:D

That ole Navy will do it to you every time......Wish I knew what to do for you. His bad luck left with him on my end though. No problems since... LOL...Good Luck...:D

Lakeview is closed tomorrow. Sorry Navy. Come back next year when it re-opens. Might want to try Sardis instead. I hear they are tearing them up down there. Or maybe Grenada with Patrick. Heard him say he wished he had someone that he could take fishing tomorrow. Or better yet, ALL of the lakes in MO are on fire right now. Their catching 3 pounders like crazy all over the state up there.:D

James, I'll take your comment to mean I can look forward to seeing you tomorow! I'll be in the dinky little 1950's model jonboat that might sink. I'm glad you'll be there, you can rescue me if it does! If it doesn't, I'll just follow you to the fish! :D:D

Dang if James was a good friend, he would offer to take you in his big luxurious boat that can't be sunk....For safety reasons...:D:D:D:D

He won't do that for two reasons: 1) If we don't catch fish, it would be all my fault. 2) If we do catch fish, then he would have to publicly admit that the curse was a figment of his imagination!

That's a shame Navy.... If I were fishing tommorrow....at lakeview, I'd offer for you to go along with me.....:D

Patrick, you are a saint among men. Your kindness is appreciated. I don't have any hard and fast plans, I'll just get up an hour or so earlier and head down to Grenada. Thanks man!
