Ive been spider rigging and hardcore crappie fishing for about 6 months im planning a trip to either granada lake or arkabutla for the 20th which of these lakes would be easier for a beginer i plan on spider rigging and maybe longlineing of the back what should i look for im also willing to go to sardis or ennid what should i be looking for when i go to the land of the giants thanks guys any tips are welcomed

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

You will need to get used to a 15 fish per person limit... But they will be good ones..
Thanks for the tips guys i live very close to memphis so hopefully i can fish MS a lot im fine with a 15 fish limit its not all about catching a bunch i really enjoy figuring them out i have fished horseshoe quite a bit and any tips are appreciated i want to get good enough to catch em year round and maybe enter a few tournaments i think i settled for granada in the morning and possinly another lake in the afternoon after the spawn do they usually go back out to deeper water
