Come prepared to fish, any way shape form or fashion. Ole girl is tuff right now but when you catch a keeper it's a good en. Good luck and stay safe.

Toughest bite I’ve seen on Grenada in a long time. We fished 3 days and only caught 1 fish. Got lucky and caught 7 Saturday in the MCC tourney and finished 7th. She’s really tough right now.

Hit the backwaters and flooded fields that's where there at. In the woods and in cow pastures. They allready on the beds. Next couple nights will push em out. They will be back shallow this weekend. They catching some big slabs there right now. Need you a 12' Jon boat and trolling motor. Big glass boats ain't getting it done. You gotta hunt for them it ain't easy you gotta find them stacked up to do some damage.

Here's a update .We fished Grenada the first day and caught 1 crappie between two boats .Second day we got a guide and caught 26 keepers on Enid. Thanks to BA from Brandon guides service. On Enid Ba taught us how to wade fish and I would recommend getting a guide if your only fishing for a few days. The 3rd day March 27 , we went back to wade fishing and caught 12 keepers on Grenada in the trees. The 4 th day we back to wade fishing same place and we caught 6 keepers.Everyday the lake dropped 3 or 4 inches. Thanks hotrod1 for helping me with your information. You were right we got in the backwater and caught them.I think with them lowering the lake it slowed down fishing .Overall we had a great trip.I love fishing Mississippi and catching slab crappie.
