Like stormcloud said, I've heard some bad stories about parking and launching at Bynum. If you're gonna fish it, go by water!

Lots of grass and weeds around borders of lake due to low water last year. Should be excellent spawning cover with higher water this year.

You’re assuming there will be high water during the spawn. They can draw them down just as fast as they come up. Well over a month before they hit the banks.

Enid discharge is 80 fps where Sardis is 2000 fps, Butla 1141 fps and Nader 103 fps. They will swap them around over the next few days to get them back to winter pool.

Butla 10 ft over summer pool and still coming up. With the rain predicted over next week or so going to be awhile before it thinks about getting to winter pool. Don't think we will see it again this year.

Yep, Me too. That's what Cray and I talked about this morning. Spawning up in the trees in the shallows with snakes dropping in the boat!! Not for me!!

I heard on the news this past week that there is flooding in the Ohio River Valley. The COE always keeps an eye on the Ohio River, the Missouri River and the entire Midwest can flood with little significance to us but let the Ohio River Valley flood and the Mississippi River is coming in our area.

The snow melt and Ohio River levels may play into to COE plans on flood control lakes this spring.
