Does anyone have any and/or heard of any fishing reports from Bee Lake?

I wish they'd hold off for another week or two. I'm thinking about making a trip down there around the 17th. Hopefully they'll still be bitin' well.

they will if we don't have any more bad weather like lots of rain or cool northers.

It took a couple of days but i'm back to normal (as normal as i get) i'm chompin at the bit to get back down there but i'm gonna have to wait till the 2nd the damn gas prices are getting pretty hard on my fishin budget,i just hope that it aint over on Bee by then but i'm afraid it will be.Things are still slow up here but the weather has finally broke so it wont be long till things get hot, come on up anytime we'll go try to chase em down, dont worry about a place to stay if you make the trip we've got a spot for ya right here.

Bee lake -Last few days
Talked to several friends that fish the area alot, and they have been catchin-a-plenty during the last few days. Some around trees in shallow, but more numbers around outside of tree line, in staging areas. With temps like these, its just a matter of days.

talked to my daughter today(she lives at my place about 10 miles away) and everyone she talked to has been tearing them up in 4 ft. of water. Sometimes the bigger fish in that lake spawn in deeper water, for some reason. I wish I could predict where the spawn will occur, as far as water dept goes. I've seen them spawn in 1 ft of water when the water was high, and they have been known to spawn in 6 ft. of water.
can anyone explain this? I've never fished it enough to really study the spawning habits, but I'm just curious enough to want to know.
going down this week-end and will probably fish Wolf lake Saturday and Bee Sunday morning. Will let ya'll know how it turns out. Wish me luck, cause I need it.

You wont need luck with all those years of experince you will be carrying to the lake with you...be on the lookout for some Mo stickers on the side of a boat...you just never know.
