Thread: lakeview report

Went to lake view Sat. The winds very very tough and it was cold, but the fish didn't mind. The fish were biting fairly steady all day long. I threw back several dinks and a lot of yellow bass. Ended up cleaning 18 fish. If I can figure out how to get the picture small enough to upload I'll post.

how deep where they?

very good catch!!! did you catch those in the runout?

Butla, I caught all of them in the runout any where from 2 feet out to 5 feet deep.

Update for lakeview: I went this afternoon and the runout was VERY muddy. Did not see one crappie caught. Talked to several people at the ramp and they all said the same thing. No fish and very muddy water. Tried fishing the edges of the trees outside the runout and in the runout and did not get a bite. Hope this helps.

i wish i would have read your post before i went this morning randall25x... i went this morning and had the same results... there were about 10 boats in the runout and not a single bite.. everyone moved to the other chute and i still didnt see a fish get caught.

Hey John, you should've called and let us know!!......it was a chilly boat ride this mornin for no bites.
