Thread: Have you seen this? Blows my mind!!!

Ive been reading the articles and threads on this great site for some time now and have never read anything about this. Maybe Im just behind the times. I certainly know that this can be a great tool for locating places to fish on any lake of your choosing. Check it out and see how this might benefit you. I just cant help but wonder if I can go on my computer and see this, what those with sophisticated equipment and knowledge can see. So next time you relieve yourself outside give it an extra shake for whos watching you! The site is called Google earth. Just hit download google earth. After it is downloaded you can type in any address, town name, name of particular lake zipcode, etc... the satelite will then zoom into that location providing you with a pretty good ariel view. Then, you can manipulate it with the onscreen controls. Hope this helps in finding those out of the way potential hot spots. It is free. Happy fishing!!

Where you been dude? Google earth is great and the more you use it the more fun you will have. In large metro areas you can go right down to someones house but rural areas aren't very clear. Some of the satilite pictures are old but they up grade regular. Happy hunting

It is neat, but I think Arkabutla was a little high when those pictures was taken. I would like to see it at winter pool.
