Middle of march, hopfully the water temps will be in the mid to high 50s. At that time I get them in 3 to six feet of water water close to spawning areas in brush and stake beds. There will be some males up real shallow to looking around in the spawning areas. It just kinda depends on water level and temps. Just try to find the warmest water you can and go from there.

If you are looking for alot of fish this is not the place to go but if you are looking for quality it is hard to beat. I would choose here over any of the rest. Somedays you can catch a limit but generally speaking one man that catches 20-25 is doing pretty good. I have had coolers with 30 fish in it be full and the same cooler hold 60 at sardis

now is agood time to go scouting, i went sunday before last and tried it at the spillway, not much happening so i took my handheld gps and marked over 50 new stake beds that were put out this year on the main lake. lake level was at 209.5 and i figure that when it hits 220+ there will be some excellent spots to get a thump i hope to get back down there this w/e to mark more spots

hey england, yeah i have a 660 Griz but i didn't have it with me that day, i left my friend in the truck (he was coolin one) and i walked the bank on both sides of the spillway inlet at the dam and then drove over to pleasant r boat ramp and logged in some more over there. this weekend i'll definitely have the Griz with me, i'll be in a white duramax. will probably start at hernando pt

    Default Tournament dates

I know its been posted several times, but I can't find dates. Would someone be so kind to post the dates for Grenada. I'm looking at the end of march first of April. My dates are not fixed yet and would like to plan around tournaments.

Thanks "possumcop". I thought there was going to be more than one, but that one will be big enough to miss.
