Any news on the bite at the spillway? Is there any water flowing? Any water in Elbow Creek? Any information would be greatly appreciated!! thanks alot

Pretty sure water is shut down almost completely... Don't know for a fact but here is the website for the lake level and discharge rates. Hope this helps...

Thought about it but I have a buddy @ the Marina right now and he isn't doing too good at all... Caught his limit Monday but nothing much today... If I go, it's probably going to be Sunday and Monday and Reelfoot will be the place I'm sure. Any of your bunch been up there this week??? I figured they would be gearing up for the tourney...

What about the upper end England??? Can you ride a 4-wheeler out from Coldwater Point??? I was thinking of maybe marking some spots down there before the water domes back up...

you can ride in to the river at coldwater point right now. I will probably go in on Sun or Mon and try to fish a couple of spots.

Be very careful about leaving your truck there, there is alot of break-ins and vandalism done to peoples cars and trucks there. The crack-heads that live in Coldwater steal peoples tires and wheels and anything else they can carry off.

that ain't good. i have always worried about leaving my truck there. Hey England, do u think I can get across the big snag in the river if I put in at 51 and go towards the lake? I have a 16ft that doesn't take much water to navigate but that snag can be tough.

Man I dont know, I have not been down through there in years when the water is low like this. I think you can park on hwy 51 right were the river bottom starts on the coldwater side and get back to were your wanting to go on a four wheeler. I think I'm not sure. There is a trail there.
