Suggestions Needed for a non-tilt aluminum boat please
I need suggestions related to a aluminum boat that has little to no boat tilt when two full sizes adults move to the same side of the boat. I have a 16' Lowe Stinger boat now and when my wife and I move to the same side the boat leans to the point that several times one of us almost fell in. Any real life suggestions appreciated. Thanks Mark

One of the main things I liked about my WarEagle was how stable it was. I had a raised front deck and with me (275lbs) on same side as co-angler there was no major leaning at all. I am sure many varibles went into this, but feel like bottom width and side design were major factors. I used the boat for duck hunting also. Stablity was a must and I never had any problems. Just my .02 on a boat I had a lot of experience with.

Thanks Bear - Can you tell me the model and length you are referring too?

542. they have a bunch of different models from 14' to I think 22'. 542 means, 15' length with a 42" bottom. All models have particular options for your style of fishing. a 542fld means it has a forward low deck. They have raised decks too. Very durable boats. give them a look. by no means are they the only good boat out there, but its the one I had very good experience with.

Thanks again Bear for the information. Gonna start my research this weekend. Gonna buy one this fall when prices go down and boats start showing up on line....Mark

If your wanting to stay in the 16 ft class look at the seaark 1660. 16 foot with a 60" bottom. Built like a tank. If length isn't an issue then a 1860 or 1872 or 2072. The war eagles do ride nice in rough water too. i have a WE 2072 and can just about throw a dance party and it won't tip.

i would consider getting a bigger wider boat
