iam fishing horseshoe this weekend, never fished before. any suggestions on where the best places to troll?

Hey that lake is in arkansas this is the mississippi board, no wonder you can't find any fish :D

Cotton, you won't go home empty handed. I believe there's a Capt'n D's in West Memphis.

I always had luck around the docks and cypress trees, never trolled.

My brother lives on Horseshoe, but he hasn't done a lot of fishing in the past as he just retired and has been trying to get his place all fixed up over there. He just got his pontoon boat finished from rebuilding it himself. His neighbor owns a boat repair place over there somewhere. He's bringing my tiller back this morning so I'll ask him if he's heard anything about the fishing lately.

When you come out of the shute at Care Free turn right and go to the 31st dock that you see. Start fishing there and fish back to the ramp. Good luck.
