Thread: Butla Dreging Progress Report

Spoke to Mr. Charles Loyacano with coe and he informed me that the 4 main ramps at butla have been dregded . That is Hernando Pt. Kellys Crossing ,Bayou Pt. and Dub Patton.Should make for easy launching during winter pool.

Looks like it Mr. Jim, I drove by Hernando Point and took these pics, making sure I could launch. Now if you will just PM me some additional info for this weekend :D

WOW! I got a sailboat at HP. That water is lowwwww!

Yes it is. I went Sunday and the only place on the lake with more than 6 fow is in the river channel. I had some condos to drop and none of the places I had planned on putting them had any water. I ended up dropping all three in the same spot just to get them off the boat so I could fish. The fishing sucked, it was windy and the only place I saw any fish was in or near the channel but I could not get them to bite. I tried to work my way back to the duck hole but I did not even get close before I was churning mud.

We launched at Hernando Point with no problem.
