    Default Another Invasive Species

Been hearing reports of fishermen catching Piranha in Lake of the Ozarks in Mo. Wifey watched a show and heard fishermen talking about it today. What about it Speck? I guess ya'll know that they'll eventually migrate south where the warmer water is. Question is, do they eat good and will they hit a jig?

Supposedly, they are good eating. Don't know if they'll eat a jig but, you can prolly just prick your finger, stick your hand in the water, and grab one when he comes for a snack!!!! Beware though, they travel in large schools, you may draw back a nub!!!

I heard they ran something about that in the History Channel, Mr. John. I know someone caught one out of the St. Francois River below the Wappapello Dam a few years ago. Conservation Dept said someone dumped it in there and they would not survive through the winter. I also hear they taste like chicken.:D
