    Default Okatibbee 11/04

Out for the first time since May, can't handle the hot weather anymore, fished from 9 AM till noon, brought home these 10. A very nice black along with 3 other whites that were pretty good too. Maybe threw back 8-10 that were just at the 10" limit. Blue/blue/blue was the best color. Trey tell Lily I caught some on her chicken jig too.

    hey SteveJ,
Good looking fish....Were the fish scattered about or
did you have any luck finding them close to cover?

They were pretty scattered, we got on the creek and just followed it, it you found a stump most times you would get bit. I have a lot of stumps marked on my GPS so I moved pretty fast from stump to stump. Use nibbles, we had no minnows. As I said we caught more shorts than we did keepers.
