Tunica Crappie have a different shape and temperment than most lakes? Check it out. Pstone said they are a lot harder to fillet since their round and all but he took them home any way.:D

Ther were more boats than fish on Tunica Sat. Got out early---two other boats where I wanted to fish, made a pass picking up a few, and when I turned there must have been 30 boats headed toward me. Downhill from there.

We went out around 3 and fished till dark. The lie detector on the boat said there was fish all over but only got 4 Crappie in the boat. Ran through a school of stripers and man was that fun.LOL 4 lines going at one time and only 2 people in the boat.LOL Anyway no the cold front shut em down. Another front comming though Tuesday so maybe by this weekend they will be back on.:D

Fished it yesterday from daylight to 3, It was bad slow, finished with 8 keepers. Caught maybe 15 dinks, a couple gar, and a #30 big head carp. Everyone I talked to had the same story. Except, this one guy at the ramp, he had a cooler full, said he was casting a jig and float in a spot near the bank as big as a wash tub.Not more than a couple hundred yards from the ramp.

Monday morn(today), bout 630 till 1045, eight crappie in the box, lots of hoss gar. definitely slowed after these fronts.

well i did ok today about 20 crappie 10 of them keepers and 28 BIG bluegill and one 6 lb channel cat on a jig pole .. that was fun.

very nice.....where are the bream at ?? in Tunica?

never tried for the bream before....

i caught all my big bream about 3 foot deep on the steeper banks down past houseboat pocket. I never caught more than 3 or 4 at a time but the wind wouldnt let me sit off the bed and cast to it for long.
