Default Grenada Lake Trip

Several of us are planning a trip to Grenada in late October. Where would be a good place to stay for 8 to 10 people. Cabin rental or trailer in a resort near the lake would be fine.

Any tips on where to fish would be great too.

Perfect G-3 and it looks like we'll have plenty of witnesses to the unrelenting thrashing you'll get on the water. Would probably make a pretty good YouTube video as well.

Cabins would be the best answere here, but there are plenty of hotels in town that will work if they are booked already. Also there's some private cabins to be rented out by Graysport, but I don't know much about them.

Past that, there are some brand new cabins at Oakland which would be about 1/2 way between Enid and Grenada - maybe 15 or so miles from each.

Cabins at oakland are WAY closer to Enid...2-3 miles tops from the water.... I don't know much about those cabins at greysport either, but the COE are going to try to drop the bottom out of the lake by then, so Greysport may be dry???? I'd do Hugh white...

If the wind is blowing find a small pond, you can surf on Grenada if the wind is up.

No pain, no gain Jim. Yeah, Pattrick is right about those cabins at Oakland now that I think about it. They do look nice though. Might need some options...I figure Hugh White books up pretty quick that time of the year, but may be wrong.

Wannabe...
