Default sunday, aug. 17th trip......

went to ferguson with my son. we kept 38 very nice crappie, all 1-2.5 lbs. we have always caught fish at ferguson in the summer at this level, but what was surprising today was the quality of the fish that we caught, which were much bigger than what we have been catching at sardis and enid. cant go back this week (work), and i think the river will drop a few feet this week, which will change things

Congradulations, nice mess of fish. Nothing happening here, bream are not even biting. Maybe things will pick up in September.

Whittington has been hot too. Caught a limit friday am, went back Saturday pm and managed 10 (bad wind) went Sunday am and caught 27. All super nice had 8 over 18"s Sunday morning.

AAARRRRRGGGG! I feel like Charlie Brown and you guys are Lucy pulling the football from the T at the last second.

But I did climb up a tree to a platform 60 feet off the ground and went down a 400 foot zip line on Saturday. So I've got that going for me.
