Has anyone been fishing lakeview lately. I guess I should say "catching" at lakeview as I did a lot of fishing without catching earlier this year there. I'm gonna have sometime in the morning and wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on anything by going to arkabutla.

Is the water level still high at Lakeview?

I havent heard a word about about lakeview lately, but normally its not thatgood in the summer mos. About the end of sept. things start picking up. Its a good winter lake. Soon as the water temps get in the 70s and lower is the key.

I fished over there on Monday, didn't get out there till 930 left at 330. I only had 2 slabs and 2 dinks 10-11", trolling minnows 15-20ft of water. I had a buddy who was out there and he was fishing the trees on the levee side about 3ft. deep with minnows and had 4 10" fish.

To heck w/Lakeview, you need to go to work! LOL
