Been noticing a bunch of shad out in deeper part of the lake I usually
don't fish this time of year, so made a few passes through 'em
yesterday... not much headcount, but did find one nice one hangin
out with all the cats and bass. Two more smaller crappie, bunch of trash fish
was it - think there's more there, but haven't got it quite "down" yet

The crappie is a nice one, but that channel is particularly nice. Perfect size for eating!
