Default A few small ones caught the old fashioned way

with one pole and a jig...no crank baits and no motor running...actually was not even in the boat. I almost got them all cleaned before I realized I better take a picture. I caught 14 and was home by 9AM. They were all pretty much like these. These are posted especially to make Navy Crappie MAD...

I will never catch any crappie if you can't catch them that way. Only way to fish for me. Feeling them hit the jig is 50% of the fun.

PStone taught me all I know about crappie fishing....

YEP, I started to say that I was the age you are now when you were born. Wine gets better with age, just thinking, I might have been Ripple...ouch. Poor Fred Sanford and me
