Default Gonna try again...

Planning on going to Sardis lake again Tuesday. I haven't had much luck the past two times, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me. I am new to the site and would really appreciate the input. Also does anyone know if Snow Lake is private? And if not, is there any Crappie?

We went out there today and I ended the day with 7. Had to get off the water around 10 cause of the wind, but gonna hit it again tomorrow. The fish caught were just off the bottom in 25-30 fow.

I saw from your profile, you're fishing from a yak? You are going to find it tough to fish where you need to in a yak. Sardis is a big friggin lake. If you can put in at clear creek and fish just off the beach bouys, you can maybe pick up a few. Just gonna be tough with one pole with them down so deep unless you know where some submerged cover is.

I am of no help to you at all. I went today and did not boat a single keeper. The wind kicked up and made it tough. Thinking about going in the morning. Does anyone know the wind forecast for Sardis?

Yeah that is what i read this morning on the weather channel website. 5-10mph. Was way closer to 15. Anybody know the story behind the boat upon the rocks at Engineer's Point?
