Thread: MTCC Normandy June Results

MTCC fished Normandy last weekend over night. We blasted off at 8 pm and was back for weigh in start at 1 AM. We had 12 boats fish this tourney. This year for a change we had decent weather. No rain in site. Out of the 12 teams fishing we only had 1 team find a 7 fish limit but all teams but 3 did catch at least 1 keeper.

Winning the tourney was the team of Randy Clark & Johnny Thompson. They bested the field with 7 fish weighing in at 6.60 pounds. Taking 2nd place was the team of Roger & Jamie Johnson. They had 5.85 pounds with 6 keepers. One fish could of been enough if they could of found one more...Then taking 3rd place was the team of Joey Davis & Dave Odell. They posted 5.60 pounds for the tourney but they also had big fish of the night with a nice 1.99 pounder. WTG to all 3 of these teams for placing in the tournament.

MTCC will be back over on Normandy July 14th 8 PM - 1 AM again then its over to Woods Reservoir July 22nd for a bright sunny day of fishing. Hope to have you come fish with us some time.
