Any you folks do much walleye fishing on Woods,Tims, or Normandy just wondering if their is a fall
bite for those ? I used to fish Rock island in the spring but that's been 25 years ago . No eyes over here in BAMA as far as I know .i would like to give em a try if it's worth the drive over their. Thanks

I haven't caught any walleye at Normandy in awhile but some of the guys have caught them at night near the bridge. There are always people out fishing for walleye there. Caught a walleye at Tim's a few years ago but haven't seen any of those since. But don't take my word for it I really don't fish for them. Just know there are some good ones in both Normandy and Tim's. Not sure if walleye are in Woods.

Most people fish the flats and points at the lower end at Normandy for walleye. The ones at the bridge were mainly caught night fishing.

Yeah they got a few of those over there. You can take a lot of them if you fish for them. Wind drifting for them seems to work pretty good with a worm. Sorry you struck out on the crappie and walleyes. We were at Tim's and didn't do to much better. Others did well on Saturday.
