    The G3 Sportsman this week.

Have any of you seen the G3 Sportsman show this week? They was fishing for big blue gills on Reelfoot lake. Aw son, made me want to get over there for one of those weekends. Im a crappie guy, but that was interesting watching them fish those cypress trees for the gills.

here on reelfoot the blue gills are just as fun, maybe better than crappie fishing at times. i usually catch the big black ones that will pee every where when you grab them to take the hook out. you need to come and try it.

    Thumbs up A fishermans poem

A poem formed from boredom, I bring right here to you,
it stems from too much snow, and fishing I can't go do.

I'd love to be out fishing.............for crappie, as you know,
but I'm stuck in Lincoln co, looking at a huge pile of snow.

Between things for work, and honeydo's given by the wife,
it's taken up my time for fishing, and left me without a life.

It aint too bad...... I don't guess, for winter fishing's tough and pretty slow,
But man, what I'd give right now, for one 65 degree day to go.

So I guess it's time to watch the tube, and see crappie fishing on the set,
but just as soon as weather permits, I'll be out there you can bet.

So back to work I go, and not thinking of what I'm missing,
It surely will warm up again someday, and then I'll go back fishing. :D
