Minnows was the bait of the day with the water depth being around 14 on average. We was just at the right place at the right time, with luck being on our side. Thanks for all the congrats from you guys.We really enjoy the club and tips you guys have given us.:D
thanks for the congrats guys,we really had a great time.thanks to toby for letting me tag along with him.the rain was awful but when fish are biting you don't seem to worry about it that much.congrats to the others who placed steve&terri,jw&denny.it was good to see everyone out there sat.considering the weather.
GOD loves fishermen, the earth is 75% water
Seems like there are folks wanting info on the tournament - Steve has decided to use our web for all this, but I wanted to say Congrats also to Toby & Tracy- Real happy to have them take first and big fish!
I missed the whole weigh in struggling to get the pay off envelopes balanced after being out in the cold wet rain. Was told by weighmaster John W that first place weigh in was 8.58- second place 8.28 - third place 3.84 and fourth 3.58 (almost in there Skeet & Todd). Also Tracy's big fish was 1.16 verses Steve's 1.15. I manage to get the report in to the newspaper, so next time you all look on our club site for the posted results. See ya on the lake!
A bad day fishin' is better than a good day at work!
Congrats guys. When I get that nice depth finder/GPS I will make it closer,lol.....
My waterproof jacket ended up soakin me from the chest down. I don't mind fishing in the rain but being dry helps.
