Thread: B O A T

Was told B O A T stands for "Break Out Another Thousand". Have seen several of our members having boat issues this year and I have not been an exception.Went other afternoon with JohnW and had cranking issues, then trolling motor not running and feared it was some expensive stuff wrong but after spending tonight working on it, I was able to fix it. Only had some wiring issues to fix and she's all better now. Hope to get back on the water labor day.

Glad to hear the you got it cleared up. the problem with the 798 was low voltage and I am going to have to go all the way back to the battery. Nice. Looking to get out of the honey do's and get on the da fish!

Glad you got it sorted out. We got a boat recently and there was ALOT of minor fixer-upper things. I guess it's always something with a boat.

Don't cry too much, my boat was bought in January of 06 and have spent less that 600 on her so far. Batts was the main expense. Took her out once a few days after the Woods tourney to try them out and that is the last time she has been wet. I have spent bookoo dollars though in the past with motor problems, so I feel your pain. I hope everything is going well after ethan's wreck. I hope he is doing much better. FATBOY
