Thread: Somebody gotta be fishin

Somebodys gotta be fishin. Good or bad, would like a report on something. I would have thought today was a good fishing day. Any proof out there?

haven't been for a few days. may go to normandy tomorrow.

well guys,here my report.yesterday i went out and caught 2 red snapper,2 white snapper,5 bayliner.got another kitchen pass today and went back.only had 2 red snapper today.but i had a great time.oh by the way i'm in orange beach al on vacation.coming back wed.and i'm ready for crappie fishing.i'll be going to normandy more than likely.

Well I don't have a report but I have been reading all of the other fishing reports. Seems to be slow right now. My son is playing football this time so
I will miss at least the next couple of txs. Not for sure when the football season is over but I think it's the middle of Oct. I hope to fish a tx sooner or
later. Good luck to everyone.

RJA, I wondered if you'd fallen off the earth somehow. Good to hear you back. Went to a friends pond for about 30 minutes before the weather sent us indoors. He has the biggest sunfish I've seen in TN. Turned a couple of bass but no takers. Back to the grind tomorrow. Y'all be safe, get a bunch.

Don't feel bad, I'm in the same boat as you (well, not exactly but you get my drift) I won't be able to fish the August or September tournament either. Next weekend I am going to Bristol for the NASCAR race and then in September I have a big church function. It's our fall festival at church thats an all day event and I really should be there since I'm on the church council. That means no fish fry for me after that tournament either. October, November and December I WILL BE AT THE TOURNAMENTS! Sorry I can't make the next couple but to be completely honest, there is NO way that I would miss a Bristol race. I will be at the Aug & Sept meeting though.
