I've got my dear old mom up from Ohio for the week so no fishing for me. My favorite lakes will become a race track, toilet, playground, dumpster, and bathtub for the next few days. Good fishing to you guys who get out.

Default Wife and I went down to Duck lake.

I thought it might be a bit quieter there, but not so. We fished it for a few hours and didn't do real great. Finally had enough of the wave action from all the PBers so we got off and came home.

Some (very few) lakes have a reasonable curfew...no wake before 10:00 am and after 7:30 pm. Unfortunately, most lake associations are controlled by the rip and tear types who want the right to run wide open from daylight till dark (and after). It would be great to have the DNR impose curfews on a lot more lakes. They catch hel...heck for everything they do anyway.
