Thread: lake chemung yee haw!

hey rich the tourniment went good but i had a little luck on my side.bro took 2nd i got 1st 1325.00 scott won 650.00.i had 3.88 lbs bro had 3.38 (12 fish)i didnt have any speks my plan was first thing iwas going to get 12 sunfish then go to deep suspended fish and go after speks.never made it out there took all day to get the sunnys only got 5 of thoes but they were good ones the rest were gills 8+in. took till after 2 luckely only one fisher man had specks and he only had 3 and they wernt that big the rest of his fish were small gills all n all it was a good tourniment but we did get a little lucky. did you get out yesterday.later............john

Great job! It is nice to have a plan come together. You had a plan and worked it. It was obvious that others were going to go after the Specks. Good thing they couldn't get them going. You knew where the pods of fish were. Hats off to you my friend.

I did get out on Saturday. I fished the blue gill stretch of the lake I was telling you about. I didn't knock them dead but I did O.K. I still want to get out early evening and hit that stretch I found the crappies two weeks ago. Let me know what your schedule is like this week. I also would like to watch the weather a little bit and see how this plays out. We are well over due for things to turn around.
