welcome bluetoe, good to add another mid michagan fisherman.
I do a little bit of ice fishing, but you will not see me on ice until it is a LEAST 4 inches
I am sure you will get a few onther responses, ready2fish does quite a bit of ice fishing, but i think he mostly fishes on the west side of the state.not sure.... but he is a bit loony so he may fish all the way to lansing sometimes:D:D
let us know how much ice you find(if any)
    good luck and stay dry

Default Glad to have you on the site John!

Unlike the other crazys, I gave up on ice fishing a few years back. Now that I'm getting closer to retirement, I may have to pick it back up to keep out of trouble during the winter months.

Make sure you check out the entire site as there are a lot of great people with good info.

If your also into open water fishing keep an eye out for our spring Michigan C.com outing info. We will be starting to do more chatting about where and when a bit later in the winter.
