Couldn't pass up a great fall morning so i went to Duncan lake for 3 hours and had the lake to my self. It took about 1/2 hour to boat my 1st fish and it turned out to be the only bluegill of the day the rest were some nice fall crappie, the only thing i brought home was this picture. Well as i said before this will probably be my last open water outing so let the ice fishing begin.
Also i had a very fun season fishing for crappie and meting some of you at the c.com party Don put on this year, i hope next season is as fun.

I should have gone for the quantity, not the quality this time. My trip down to Eagle last night was fruitless. One hit that was it. 45 min. drive for 1-1/2 hr. fishing and nothing to show for it. Was a great evening on the water and only saw one other boat. Shoulda gone to Swan and pulled in a bunch of little ones. Glad to see you had some success. I think the boat is prolly done for the season too.

Carol and I had a great time hosting, and we both thank you for your kind words. Hopefully next spring we can get a few more takers for a late April or early May outing somewhere.
